Food plays a vital part in keeping us fit and it is important to make sure children realize the impact it has got on their condition. They were presented with healthy food ideas, learned how to replace snacks with some healthier ones, how to compose funny face sandwiches, smoothies or salads. They played various vocabulary games, like trimmino, knowledge quizzes, team contests and tried to create their own pyramids according to the rules presented. They learned:
- what grain foods include
- what dairy products are
- what healthy snacks are, like dried fruit, smoothies or fruit lollipops
- what tastes of these snacks are
- which of the food products contain protein
